Where to find OSCAR

OSCAR has been distributed to all full-service workforce centers throughout the state. Additionally, the local workforce development boards may have installed the software at other satellite and "employment services only" offices.

To find the OSCAR site nearest you, call your local Texas Workforce Commission office or Workforce Development Center. You can get their telephone numbers and addresses by following this link to a list of local workforce development boards and their employment services offices on the Texas Workforce Commission webpage.
